A steak can be thawed out in warm water in 10-15 minutes. Make sure it is a BIG bowl! Thermodynamics is your friend! A thin steak is even faster #proofofsteak
I let that one sail for tonight, I did take one out for tomorrow. I would say nothing is thin cut in the deep freeze.

My buds who keep cows and make artisanal cheese are not fixin’ to spread their recipes, though it would be fine, IMHO, cause who can duplicate their Holstein cows grazing on their organic grass in their particular environment to create just the flavor of their dairy products?
