Resistance training ๐

Let me tell you this. Resistance training gives you your life back. I can attest to that.
Combine it with proper hydration and a good diet and you'll feel like Benjamin Button.
Seconding this. I picked up a generic set of X3 resistance bands after trying and failing many times with a barbell. It feels so much safer and less prone to injuries. Results have been great.
Turning compost piles and biking to work are also great.

Go mostly carnivore for a month.
With some fruit from time to time cause otherwise it may get hard at times, especially if you're addicted to sugar like I am

What I've found is that it helped me... I don't know how to put it. Be mentally stronger, I guess. I don't get stressed as easily as I used to, especially at work. I'm more composed, less impulsive. And I feel great physically too

Depending on where you are coming from, but making home made food, listening to when you are full, varied foods including vegtable/fruit, and reduce sugar goes a long way.
Processed meat and beef can also be good to reduce, appears in a lot of studies in the wrong column. Incorporating som lentils, peas, and/or beans are good. Olive oil also. I am a fan of the milder taste of canola oil for cooking.
Cut out seed oils and bleached grainsโฆ it takes a lot of discipline but the results are ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ
