Attended the funeral of a relative, very nice person who dedicated most of his life to helping others. He passed away due to cancer at a young age.
Couple highlights:
π Opted in long commute; totalling 2 years on road
π Possibly exposed to dangerous chemicals at work
π Too busy helping others, didn't set up a life insurance
π Chose to fight but didn't have enough time
Visited doctor due to pain just like my other two relatives who died due to cancer. Doctors often will not allow you to get screening unless you have pain. Traditional medicine didn't give him any chance.
In addition to prescribed treatment, he tried super low carb diet. It was working; he denied the odds by surviving way more than doctor estimated.

1gr per every pound of your body weight, or 1 gr per every cm of your height.
In retrospect, I should have skipped that last chicken as excess protein is converted into glucose π€
