On the TI-92 Plus calculator when you type `exec()` it crashes. All your data is gone.
The doc only says: "exec() is used to execute 68000 assembly."
BUT HOW?
For so many years I did not find a single example on how to use this command, until today: `exec("4e750000")`
This example does absolutely nothing, but I also doesn't crash the calculator!
I found this site, explaining how to craft valid exec() commands: https://numericana.com/answer/handheld.htm#assembly
Finally I find peace.
Me too! What movies can you recommend?
I liked:
* The Butterfly Effect
* Terminator Franchise
* Tenet
* Twelve Monkeys
* Arrival
* Dรฉjร Vu
Not so great, but ok:
* Synchronicity
* 57 Seconds
How does receiver offline cashu work?
If the sender locks the funds while they are online, can they ever get them back if they don't spend it?
Only solution I could think of is locking the the funds until a timeout is reached.
How is this currently done?

How does this make him a scammer?
His Wikipedia entry sounds impressive.
Lets build swappable algorithms!
Like relays, but sitting between the client and all your relays, ranking events based on parameters you give it.
Parameters could be just topics, or an integration with client metrics like how long someone looked at an event.
Make Nostr addictive/interesting, but let the user choose the algo!
I don't want to tell my client the algorithm. I want to figure it out on its own, but keep the data on my devices.
When it derails, I want to tell it to ignore some kind of content and that's it.
Less interaction is better, imo.
Just let me feed the interaction data from my client to a local recommendation engine, I guess.
Presenting... ๐ https://bookstr.xyz, a simple Goodreads alternative built on Nostr!
This is an extremely basic prototype that only barely works (user beware!). However, I think it highlights what is amazing about building on Nostr. I was inspired by this post, and then able to build a client in 3 days almost entirely with AI.
The opportunity to bridge social behavior with "other stuff" (in this case, books via Open Library API) is huge. This concept could work for any type of content, not just books. Music, Movies and TV, games, etc. โ all on Nostr.
The process of building on Nostr with AI also demonstrated a few gaps in the ecosystem where AI-ready tools were missing or failing, so there is definitely opportunity to grow there.
Shout out nostr:nprofile1qydhwumn8ghj76r9de5x7atnv5h8xmmrd9skctmjv4kxz7gqyqzxrl97e3xrxazrnyeddw83zf5uekmue9e667js4cmzmvf4536d6qvllke who had many of these ideas first, helped me with lots of the Nostr event specifics, and solved a couple bugs!
Overall, I'm extremely impressed by what can be done with AI on Nostr and all the doors this will open! I'm excited to keep working on this. #bookstr #GrowNostr #AI #Nostr
Can you elaborate on the AI part? What part of bookstr is AI? Or do you mean you developed it with AI?
It's always a bad time to buy graphic cards, isn't it.
OBS worked for me in the past.
AI-generated articles are the cancer of the Internet.
What do you hate about exercising legs?
I just do it. It doesn't make sense to me to intentionally not train parts of my body.
In January, while investigating a misbehaving client on the Bitcoin P2P network, I found a vulnerability in ViaBTC's SPV mining code that allowed a remote attacker to waste their 60 EH/s hashrate by sending a single, crafted Bitcoin P2P message.

I find the reward rather low. But good job finding and disclosing this!
I like that it's not as cluttered as a full ostrich. Good find, thanks!
Are there any good Nostr icons for linking to my profile from my website?
Something like these icons would be nice, in svg-format: https://tw-elements.com/docs/standard/components/social-buttons/
Also: Where do you guys link to? To your favorite Nostr client?
I replaced my old WordPress blog with a new static generated one. I used Astro for it.
Contrary to my expectations, I ended up really liking it!
Especially the auto-optimizing image feature is pretty useful. The option to add other client-side frameworks later on is cool, too.
Took three days, but I found the bug.

BitVM looks interesting!
Does anyone know a good (technical) video, that explains it in detail?
Debugging my app on my main phone and wondering why my "actively burned kcal" are 0.
Just realized I used my dev-phone for my workout and haven't synchronized the data yet.
