GM Bitcoin fam ☕️

I’m selling my house to stack more corn.

Because If you want to make sure you have a roof over your head in the future…

You don’t need a house.

You need Bitcoin.

It’s the ultimate property.

Portable. Indestructible.

And it protects my future, no matter where I go.

So yes, I’m selling bricks… to stack digital freedom.

It’s the obvious thing to do…

Have a great weekend all 🧡🗽

GM Sir 👊🏼

Do you live somewhere the rental market is not f$&ked?

Or do you still think the pros outweigh the cons?

Every rental market is fucked. By design of fiat.

Knowing both, my pov is pros outweigh the cons. 🧡

I’m so tempted!!! Most of my value is tied up in the stupid housing Ponzi.

Looking at it from an investor’s perspective it definitely makes sense. Your asset „real estate“ is literally crashing against your „asset“ Bitcoin. Just because your asset real estate is tied to fiat. Go do the math and you’ll find yourself selling your house quickest possible 😅. I didn’t make the rules I’m just following 🤷‍♂️🧡🗽

Now is a great time to change that!

It is. It’s definitely time I started putting my money where my mouth is.

Different strokes for different folks.

I'm looking to go and make some piece of land and a house mine.

you're moving to a rental? I enjoy the liquidity of being a renter, and the math supports it too unless you're in a very low cost area.

Yes sir. It’s my plan to relocate away from Germany once house is sold. BTC > real estate. 🧡🗽

awesome, best of luck!

Thanks brother 👊🏼

I'm probably just weird, but I'm all in crypto, stock and a few % of cash, but I'm not interested in owing a real estate. Maybe I'm just too comfortable of not taking care of it, don't know lol. So i totally support your move.

Im all in bitcoin only. As I still have some wealth stored in real estate from fiat times I’m in the process of re-allocating wealth away from real estate to bitcoin.

This is not a universal truth, my mortgage is about 50% of what I would have to pay for the same property if I was renting.

Yes for sure, personal finance is personal and there are no universal truths. My point is just that some people over-leverage (5x +) to own a home they can barely pay down and is now an illiquid asset making up 80% of their net worth.

If you have a good deal and you're not overexposed, it is worth it and I would do the same.
