Hold up.

I primarily always used this wallet for on chain on mobile/desktop. I tell people to use it for on chain onboarding because it's easy to just write your words, test and be done.

The dude in the screenshot is clearly talking about the Lighting feature, which I have never seen. Don't know where the lightning button is, but ok. They must have removed the feature then cause one I didn't even know it existed and two, I found one video on YT talking about it with 800views.

Another thing, there's a huge splash screen clearly telling everyone this is a beta feature and to use it at your own risks. What. Is. Going. On? What am I missing here?

It’s a beta feature. That’s acceptable. What’s not is the lack of communication when people are testing it. I’m providing user feedback and they’re not even responding to support tickets.

I stopped at the "LN feature being a beta feature". Excuse me.. can't you submit an Issue directly on GH? Just curious.

When the transaction fails you get an instant pop up to submit a support ticket, and an automatic email is generated promising a reply within 24 hours.

You really shouldn’t have to go to GitHub to report a problem.

I'm fighting a weird fight. So what would you suggest since customer service didn't work? We take it to Nostr maybe they'll react? I see they're tagged here on this post. I messaged them on Telegram and it also took them two months to reply, to basically say it’s still broken and maybe it will get fixed in a future update.
