Everyone's mute list is public, so we could use that as a start. Just saying
So are lists on Listr.lol . I just think these are be another way for people to explore.

Didn't mute lists become private or something? Not sure.
But Nostrudel had muting and muted by tabs which were sort of curious.

it has 'muted by' but i'm pretty sure it used to have a 'muting' tab too. There is a mute list in the Lists section tho. I don't know why, but I think mutes can be private nowadays so may not be accurate or something (i'm not certain at all about this)
