Do it and your body will repay you tenfold.

💯 agree

Just walk a lot every day.

What have you found to be the easiest way to do this?

Standing desk?

Walk every morning before doing anything?

Etc.

I like to do it first thing.

Agree. I prefer to do it first thing in the morning. I feel more energized after it ready to work. When I do it in the afternoon usually I find more excuses not to do it

I also payed a personal trainer a couple of months in advance 😅 makes me go and helps create the habit.

As a Walker, I couldn’t agree more.

Sold my car for sats, just walk now. Feel great.

Done, thank you!

🤝

#[3] do you mind sharing how many steps you take per day on average?

15,000 steps? 7 miles

I have this cutie 💕

Kira & Archie!

I Just died. Adorable both of them 💕

15mincity disrespector

How long ?

You can start with 15 min. But I recommend at least 30 min. Get that heart pumping

i can't believe how much of a difference also having a standing desk makes. ... someone once told me "sitting is the new smoking" 😆

Definitely considering getting one too

the extra money for the memorized standing desk may be a waste. mine when up once, down later (felt weird) = then back up forever.

Good tip

I would also add that Grounding seems to be real and useful and why wouldn't it be. In essence, we are highly advance electromagnetic and chemical technology. The fact that our charge needs to be grounded makes perfect sense.

I just tried it and found a deep leg wound I was worried wasn't healing, almost completely healed in the two days I tiered grounding. Believe it or not, I went barefoot outside for 2 minutes once a day for two days. Could not believe the change! They say it affects all forms of dis-ease, improves sleep etc.

What do you have to lose? Check it out!

Wow! This is so interesting. Will definitely try it out as the weather is nice (finally!) thanks for sharing
