That product.

I'm like why? I think plunges are some hype. So long as it feels cold there's an effect and why is it even necessary? Like okay, there are other ways to boost immunity, test, GH, and decrease inflammation.

It seems like a fad? I think that's the word, or a trend.

Heavy squats and deadlifts also increase GH and test.

Heavy isometric, done properly, decrease blood pressure immensely.

Simple breath work and visualizations help with healing as well.

I've done it myself, I typically just cook myself then go outside wet in the winter, but it's really not a big deal. I think illuminati sell outs like that midget faggot Joe rogan hype this shit because he's never done anything tough in his life.

I don't know, cold plunges have been around for a while with athletes

I lift often and I'm thinking this would be a nice way to close my workouts

Cold plunges are best as contrast therapy with sauna. Only time I have found them valuable and most beneficial.

I have no experience to talk from hence the question

Its easy to start and see how/if the cold exposure can help.

Wouldn't that reduce the hypertrophic effect though?

Purposesful discomfort, just like when u lift and your mind is telling u you can't go harder but u know u can, same with cold exposure.

I've been doing cold showers at end of my warm shower for years. I never miss and opportunity to get in cold water. Freezing oceans to freezing lakes and streams in New England.

I've gotten stronger mentally and physically through the years by adding not just cold water exposure but cold weather exposure too.

It has changes my life for the better.

I totally get that. Imo that's a pure version. I simply don't like people being tricked or pressured to consume more products because it's popular rn. Like for mental toughness one could simply do a true max effort wall sit. Or an ultra learning project.

For sure. Anytime I embrace the suck regardless of what it is I get stronger and am able to stay humble longer.

What's something you suck at homie?

Patience with my son.

I hear that. Mines 4, slowing things down helps me. Like taking 10seconds before responding or saying anything.

Great lesson to learn ha ha

Strength through adversity. Not the most fun, but effective to being unaffected by the nonsense. Pull-ups for the soul.

I've considered the cold weather my dose of cold exposure at the moment, but I am curious to try the shower method to see if there are any greater benefits. Thanks for sharing. :)

You're welcome. IF said he would finish his showers on cold for 1 minute. Said he had a timer in the shower.

I can Only imagine it helped him to deal with difficult situations at a very minimum. Something he needs dearly right now. Caged for using bitcoin.

What are your thoughts Cuba?
