Fun! We did onion skin eggs last year. Bright yellow shells! (Still white whites)
From pickling peeled eggs, it takes a couple weeks for the brine flavor to penetrate the white to the yolk, so I am surprised that there was NO flavor transfer but I’m not surprised it wasn’t strong.
