Does anyone have any tips for Nginx monitoring/observability tooling?

We use Datadog at my work to monitor various events such as those from Nginx. You can easily monitor errors, connections, health checks, etc. I'm pretty happy with it.
Appreciate the tips but I forgot to mention that I want to selfhost it and I don't really want to pay for it tbh
I can recommend Observium. I do server monitoring with it and it can monitor services like Nginx, Mysql, Mongodb, etc as well.

Prometheus with nginx exporter. For logs Loki with Promtail.
