They wont tell you sht and just cancel you. You've been warned, dont trust them and dont use their services.
This is one thing that sucks most about money remittance services. With PayPal, TransferWise and now Revolut. They will suspend or prevent transfer of funds, and hold hostage of funds and not return them. It sounds like an organized scam with strong legal representatives to back them.
Yeah and stay far away from Paysera, a Lithuanian tyrant fintech bank. Your best bet is just using legacy local banks that are increasingly desperate for depositors and don't invest that much in 'fraud surveillance' tools. Try to get accounts at multiple classic banks to spread your p2p trades and manage risk. Obv dont keep any money there because they will all blow up sooner or later.

Wise is horrendous but Revolut will block you too and they won't explain sht. Cancel them before they cancel you.

Some worth of advice, don't switch to 'Paysera', 'Wise' or any other fintech app. They have a whole chinese-style surveillance apparatus in place and hate bitcoiners. Let them go bankrupt.

Them relying on USDC is a 🚩 for me. Also they dont seem to have any integration with the EU banking system. If you want to use p2p btc trades you need a SEPA account in the EU... So what can they really do for you? The card for 120 dollar a year?
I don't see any problem to accept usdc or usdt to receive dollars. They convert the stablecoins to dollar. They have integration with GBP banking. But I understand you, maybe not a service to all, but for people that lives in underdeveloped countries, can make sense.
Same happened to me. Bunch of clowns, eventually managed to close my account and cut my card to pieces.
