Pak Choi is the employee of the week at the farm this week.
This is fantastic. So, we just moved homes. Both kids now of to college, we downsized our house but upsized our property. I am making a large garden growing area for vegetables and fruits. Have a greenhouse coming (so excited) and will finally have all my bee hives on my property too. I've been thinking about what I want to grow, Pak Choi is an excellent vegetable to add to the list! Thank you!
