This is fantastic. So, we just moved homes. Both kids now of to college, we downsized our house but upsized our property. I am making a large garden growing area for vegetables and fruits. Have a greenhouse coming (so excited) and will finally have all my bee hives on my property too. I've been thinking about what I want to grow, Pak Choi is an excellent vegetable to add to the list!
