Just like the penny rounds up or down to the nearest nickle, all Millisats round up or down on chain. 0.5-0.9sats=1sats on chain HOWEVER.. 0.0-0.49sats=0sats on chain. Losers gonna lose.

Yes I have the same, I guess mempool.space use a more recent version than the open source one that we can run ourself.

Potentially, but also your mempool runs as a sub service from your Bitcoin implementation.

The divergence of Core and Knots will also affect your view.
