Well, I don’t think I like the look of it… it doesn’t spread well. The flavors aren’t very balanced either. It’s kind of cakey but also gooey — like a confused mix between a cake and a brownie. The smell, though — absolutely amazing. Credit to that brown butter!
Honestly, pretty disappointing after all the rave reviews I heard about this one. But life goes on. I’ll finish it all anyway.

Thank you! 🙏🏽 They’re not horrible, but the texture isn’t quite what I was expecting. They’re like New York-style soft cookies — kind of gooey and doughy. We’ll put on Ninja Turtles (the original) tonight and probably finish them all. 🍪😋
Tried baking this dough in bigger scoops, lower heat, longer time… turned out not so bad. Chewy (still that brownie-cakey mix) with crispy edges. Made a cup of tea and finished them all 🙊
