One or 2 meal a day is enough. Health is very simple.

Or get rid of the whole idea of meals and feed yourself once a day.

Is it the "snacking" behavior that's the problem, or what we snack on?

I'm currently doing BBBE, but still snack on Bacon, sausage, sugar free jerky, etc..

It's working well for me.
