Can we get an option to display the Notifications each in a single line like before?

Please no. I liked the old way too, but many people didn't like it. I think we need to think in the "newbie" users.

Jumble is dead for me now. The single-line style was its best feature.

I even think normal feeds should also have the option to display in single-line style.

We could add an option to switch styles. The current style is more suitable for newbie users, so it will stay as the default. Pro users might indeed prefer the single-line style.

In my case, I really don't care.

This was a good change. It saves time searching for context.

Both have their pros and cons. I understand why some users prefer single-line notifications. I’ll add an option in settings today so users can choose.

Cool. Another thing is that there is currently no way to know if there are "quotes" without tapping on the quote tab. For all the others (reply, reaction, etc.) you can just look up.

I’ve been putting this off for a long time haha, I’ll get to it soon.

Yeah, that works. Yakihonne has that.

Or just put the number on the tabs (1) and (2).

We need single line on the main feeds too! Compact view 😭

Jumble is the only hope, all other clients are unusable!

Haha, I need to think about that. I don’t really use single-line feed apps often, could you list a few for me to reference?

old.reddit.com, stacker.news/hackernews, any terminal RSS reader

Yes, like RSS feed or old skool reddit. Why do all clients degrade? I think Jumble is still the best, but wish someone would just vibe code a kind 1 reddit/stackernews looking Jumble
