Pull-Ups 50

15+14+11+10

Bit of a milestone today.

Over a year and a half ago I adopted the carnivore diet. It helped me beat alcohol and as a consequence sugars and seed oils. I started hurting less, gaining energy and lost 40 pounds.

I made the switch immediately after listening to a Shawn Baker episode.

I literally threw out and gave away all ‘food’ in my house that became obviously irrelevant going forward. Ordered a half cow from a farmer and proceeded to eat my freezer stuffs then sustained myself from Costco whilst I wait for my cow.

My job kept me active, however switching things up this year.

I needed something though.

So I set a goal of gaining 10 pounds of muscle. Upped my beef and egg game and jumped on board the 100 pushups train with my own little flair.

I’m up 9-12 lbs. literally by doing one exercise every day and eating more.

Who’s the nutritionist now! Huh!!!

Fiat Healthcare can shove it.

Im in the zone!

LFG!!!

Fuck #yestr major respect for doing the hard things! You are killing it.

I switched to full carnivore a year and half ago - gained muscle, hit PRs in every lift, haven’t gotten sick once (despite traveling a good amount) and have seen improvements in every area. I wake up everyday without an alarm at 6am, I literally heal faster, my “itis” are gone too.

There is no doubt in my mind that eating only red meat is the healthiest thing a human do bar none.

If you’re interested I’ll send you a couple of these stickers as a gift

Cutting ultra process foods and high alcohol consumption, and going on a severally restricted diet will generally results in weight loss.

Increasing dietary proteins and exercise will generally results in a muscle mass increase.

It has nothing to do with a carnivore diet.
