- Wake up by 7am

- Go to bed by 10pm

- No caffeine > 2pm

- Get morning sunlight

- Go for a walk outside

- Take a 30 min power nap

- Turn off bright lights at night

- Eat 30-50g protein each meal

- Hydrate with salt & electrolytes

Yes, it is, it has a lower concentration of sodium but you wouldn't want to hydrate with it๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ˜‚.

Pretty damn good list. I'd lay off extra salt when hydrating, only need a tiny pinch!
