The 5 things I will not eat:

1. Okra

2. Tripe

3. Zucchini

4. Eggplant

5. Liver. (but I'm seriously thinking that I'll take dessicated liver as a supplement at some point...)

I'm serious. Raw, in small pieces. Pop them like an oyster--no chewing. They go down easy, and it's one of the most nutrient-rich foods in existence.

Ground up and added to ground burger approximately 10% or so. You get the benefits with none of the taste.
