There is no way to prepare beef liver that makes it palatable IMO. Yuck! 🤮

I'm serious. Raw, in small pieces. Pop them like an oyster--no chewing. They go down easy, and it's one of the most nutrient-rich foods in existence.
Ground up and added to ground burger approximately 10% or so. You get the benefits with none of the taste.
I will not okra & I have not eaten tripe…
I will not eat pickled pig skin again…
