Home made sour dough. 3 ingredients. Water flour and salt.
What kind of flour. And if i buy bread should i be looking for sour dough
Sour dough (if its real sour dough, deceptive labelling hits this as well) or sprouted grain are the best options if in the budget. Easier on digestion.
Google the food geek on YouTube. Basic beginner sour dough.
I use king author flour. Super easy. Starter I have been using is about 4 years old.
Just thought of this. As far as bread from stores go, this is pretty decent brand, probably one of the best
Supermarket bread with seeds, mainly for the fam I wish I could bake more.
Usually none, but I work at an italian restaurant so I do have some of the fresh made bread occasionally. Other than that, I make my own from scratch (including starting with whole wheat berries, soaking drying and grinding into flour myself) when the mood hits and I have the time. Which coincidentally was just a couple days ago. Didnt have bakers yeast so its more like a biscuit than a loaf of bread. But perfect from sausage buscuits and gravy

Potato bread
The sourdough at aldi 🔥
I don't eat bread
None. Never. Glyphosate. Nutrient poor. Waste of time.
I don’t eat bread often. But when I do, it’s organic naturally fermented sourdough.
