'Handbrake' for videos
Handbrake is good. But it doesn't give you even an approximate size of the end file, you usually have to mess around with the settings a bit before getting the optimal size/quality ratio
I've used YouCut on Android. Just import the video and save. It'll give basic options for quality and framerate. No advanced features but it works
Change the format to 720x1280 MP4 first. Still the files will be bigger for videos.
