I lay on my back and bend one knee and let it fall to the opposing side. Don't force it but let it fall on it's own.
Works everytime for me. I have lower back pain from hovering over an ice well 12+ hours at a time.

Thanks. Ill give that one a shot. After a few double shifts in the kitchen im in full old man mode 😂
I had to buy inversion boots that cling to my chin up bar. Super helpful to decompress my knees and spine.
Getting old sucks.
