No no, the annoying one I've recently had was after explaining as clearly and simply as I could the mechanics of the economy, inflation, money printing and our collective situation, they respond with "yeah but see we weren't taught all of this, you guys are more educated about it, but we only know this".

I do sympathise to a point, but when we were talking about how people get ahead with finance, and the rest of us fall behind by avoiding it, the response was that it is materialism to want something.

I made a diagram to show how even a hire purchase car loan allows you to get more for less BECAUSE of inflation and its not easy to tell because of unit bias.

I have obviously talked about bitcoin, but it's still more taboo and "higher risk" subject to be discussing than things like loans and stocks and shares.

I don't really advise getting a car loan, and I was actually surprised myself with this discovery.
