Agree. It's not due to a lack of care ore medication that people are sick. It's due to living a lifestyle and nutrition that are not appropriate/compatible with human biology.
Essentially (1st principle thinking), eating and living a human species appropriate diet and lifestyle prevents and also reverses most chronic illnesses i.m.o/experience.

I've been low carb/carnevorish for 4y now. Never felt better.
At minimum cut out all packaged/industrially processed foods, which essentially leads to a low carb lifestyle.
This business is based on fear and uncertainty, against our core psychology and faith like trusting God.
We have control on certain things in life but not on everything so we rely on God for those things that's not in our control.
In this timeframe, some companies try to take advantage of this uncertainty and use our basic fear like death and loss to sell their packages.
Have some faith man, God is real care taker and nourisher
Even if you die God is capable of taking care of your family better than yourself.
Just believe in his plans and save your money and resources.
