How often you fast?
I have several apps. It's a bit annoying that I have to enter everything into different apps. Just a habit. I actually fast every day. I usually only eat between 4 and 8 pm. On Saturdays I fast completely and on Sundays I am not so strict. There I eat depending on the situation. A few times a year I fast for a week. Since I run a marathon several times a year, I have special eating habits in certain preparation phases.
