- an algo
- anything trying to order things by Quantity !!!!
- using any form of centralized server.

Maybe nostr is the only reasonable path forward. The momentum is here and still building đ€

Nostr is also not addictive. Part of me feels like this could hold nostr back
But then I realize that this is the healthiest social media platform available. Social Media shouldnât be more addictive than crack
I think it will keep building like the energy of a wave and then there will be a catalyst, or major break, that sends a tsunami of new users to the island of misfit toys.
The value of #nostr is the data is independent of the âview.â Any change to the protocols that undermine that principle undermine the value of nostr.
The problem with people is that we like to conflate presentation with reality. People feel that the clients ARE the mechanism and seek to govern from their perspective.

Whoever maintains your protocols' client is effectively your CEO, even if they don't take the title. Do you use a centralized email server? Do you run your own Bitcoin full node?
What if I use numerous clients? All of which I could maintain my own fork, some of which I already do?
Email: Yes. Bad protocol, very prone to centralization. Hopefully new decentralized protocols can replace it one day.
