Going to be a rough day for me, for some reason I am stressed. Nothings wrong, just can’t calm down. Going to try some meditation & deep breathing, but wow. This is stupid.

Just stupid, there’s no reason for it. I wonder if I had a bad dream that set me off

I hear that. Can feel stupid at times for sure. When I feel this way and don’t know why, I’m always like, “today’s gonna be an interesting ride I guess.” -smh 🤦‍♂️

I don’t like “not knowing why” because then I don’t know how to run interference to try and get out of the funk.

Anyways, a big hug your way, and hopefully things are going better after some coffee and time. 💜🫂

Do you know what your iron or vitamin D levels are like? Being low in either of those can trigger a physical stress response similar to a mental stress response. 🫂

Yep - I’m big on supplements & had grass fed lamb for dinner last night

Then I hope the feelings evaporate soon like the clearing of a fog. 🫂💜
