Capitulation. The machine is powerful and grinds down hope. We've seen it time and again in Canada. Pierre has the support but the machine is doing what it's always done. The echo chamber that is social media is not as powerful a voting block as we would like to think. The convoy experience and retribution showed that clearly. And now Canadians won't even rise up for fear of having bank accounts frozen or to be slandered as insurrectionists against "democracy" (lolz).

I have a friend who is quite intelligent— a saas founder who says Pierre will give in/sell out to Trump and centralized AI. I’m not so sure…
On the other hand you have a recent Chair of Bloomberg and Brookfield Asset manager, a two country head of central banking (Can/UK), Bilderberger, former Goldman Sachs, WEF, UN Climate Change Envoy, Harvard— the International man’s man if you will. He was also an economic advisor to Trudeau (and the current fiscal mess we are in).
I don’t have much faith in either given they are politicians playing in a broken untrustworthy system. Trump’s tariff and 51st taunting has been a Godsend for Carney and the machine that is clearly behind him.

Agree. I met him by complete chance last summer. He was very dialed in about the hardest money that was and remains clear. What would change for the better remains in the wind.
The Liberals for their utter lack of human dignity to the minority who didn’t want to vaccinate and other imposed restrictions, and their sheer disregard for any semblance of fiscal responsibility have them deserving of a real good routing for sure.

Liberal Party & Conservative Party same party because both those parties are financed by the same lobbyist groups. The lobbyist groups always fund both sides then concentrate on the winner.
