I'm eating only soy
Discussion
Really? Why?
I want to take this challenge to an extreme level:
Ok, wow! I mean it's cool that influencers show how strong and healthy they are with a vegan diet! We need those peops 🚀
Good luck with your experiment 🍀 I'm really curious how it goes! How long will you be doing this?
I have switched to a raw vegan diet 1,5 years a go. Before that I was vegan for 13 years. Now its kind of a 98% raw vegan. I do eat potatoes and even started a few weeks a go eating a little tofu. Just because it feels right at the moment. I do listen to my body very well.
And I hope you do too 🙏
I'll try to go for 4 weeks, with an occasional cheat meal here and there. yesterday I had sushi and blueberries in addition to my soy
I strongly believe that we humans need raw foods (too)…because in raw foods you have all the enzymes, vitamins, secondary plant substances alive. Be it fruits, veggies, sprouts, raw ferments, sprouted seeds etc.
Maybe you want to add at least some sprouts from lentils, mung beans, alfalfa ? Which are all legumes…Just a suggestion 🌱☺️
