Make chicken soup, rest. Best to use bone broth as foundation for soup. If you use veggies, go with fermented.

In this situation I just try to sleep although it is hard.

I need to go for my morning walk now but I did fall asleep at 8:30 last night. Itโ€™s that hot and cold vibe. One minute shivering next minute sweaty ๐Ÿ˜ฐ ๐Ÿฅต

GM๐Ÿ™ Get well soon. After you are better look in to breathing exercise and cold therapy. (Cold shower/bath) this is increasing your general health. It works for me already couple years ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™‚๏ธ (I use the WHM (wim hof) app)

My go to is lots of chopped fresh ginger into a pan of water. Boil up simmer and drink the fire water. Leave it in pan for days and reheat as needed, great anti viral decongestant and blows yer heed off ๐Ÿค™

Eat some beef liver and drink some water with Celtic sea salt, raw honey and lemon

We are usually not hungry when we are sick. This is because the body uses its own energy to heal and when we eat, the energy goes into digestion. The best thing is to drink lots of liquids, like water, tea, juice, soup... This way the body doesn't have to do much for digestion. What is anti-inflammatory and anti-infective?

Lemon, lime, ginger, turmeric, manuka honey (although I don't recommend it because of the extinction of bees), horseradish, shiitake and reishi (medicinal mushroom) preferably as an extract, rockrose/white-leaf rockrose tea, Artemisia anua as a tincture or tea...

What's really also good, if you feel a little hungry, you can make yourself a grated apple, with peal. So you get a little fibre, but already kind of pre-digested. That's easy to digest for your system and gives a little energy.

Oh... adding to the list what also really can help: Natural Vitamin C from camu camu or acerola berry and zinc!

Do a beer in the microwave ๐Ÿ”ฅ drink it warm. put on a warm tracksuit. and snuggle under the covers. it works and you can get rid of it within 1/2 days.
