what are the best relays to accept kind 20000 notes? primal is the only one i’ve found to reliably do it.

They probably have to be ephemeral, so all nwc and bunker relays are fine

damus has been rate limiting a lot. i’m not being that verbose either.
others just seem to silently drop.

would love that! i'm creating a new npub per geohash for anonymity. chat is one message, DMs may have up to 3 notes per message (message, delivered and read ack).
for context; a kind 20000 note is an ephemeral Nostr event sent to subscribed clients but not stored permanently by relays
