Caffeine affects me very strongly, but it doesn’t make me feel alert, focused, or anything like that. I don’t feel it at all — no boost whatsoever. The problem is that I just stop sleeping. Not just a little — I mean, chronically. Even when the caffeine should be out of my system, I still can’t sleep. There’s nothing good about this, only downsides. That’s why I try to avoid caffeine, though I still end up consuming more than I should. It’s been a dependency since childhood.

It makes it hard for me to poop
Seriously? Coffee actually has a lot of fiber, which is why people often end up running to the bathroom after drinking it.
you don't drink the fiber son
the reason you run to take a shit after a coffee is because it's a stimulant type laxative

it's the same reason why ( hopefully ) you don't shit while you're sleeping in bed at night
when you sleep your intestine goes into sleep mode ... when you drink coffee it goes into sprint
Oh I only drink energy drink poison
yep. caffeine is just feel good drug - doesn't make more alert.
actually dark chocolate i think is better for this.
but nothing beats provigil ... though of course it lasts 20 hours so you can't sleep for 2 days but it really flushes out any remnants of drowsiness out of your system ...
