27 / #31days of 60 minutes of exercise… now in 10 minute segments. My foot felt so much better after a day off, but I’m not willing to give up on the hashtag just yet, so I’m trying out walking for six 10 minute segments throughout the day.

Never heard it can be detrimental to not have a rest day?

Rest days are good…. And something I have to value more. It takes longer to heal on this side of the hill and I get impatient to be able to do the things I used to do. ?cid=586b07f0poes5b37ze107bel4byy1ernfysfogmi7075ni6l&ep=v1_gifs_search&rid=200w.gif&ct=g

If a part of your body needs rest you can rest it while working something else out. At least that's what I have to do :)
