Here’s a quick guide on how to set it up and integrate it with Nostr-based services.
Step 1: Install Alby Extension
Visit https://getalby.com or search your browser’s extension store (Chrome or Firefox) to add nostr:npub1getal6ykt05fsz5nqu4uld09nfj3y3qxmv8crys4aeut53unfvlqr80nfm.

fast forward after many tests and appointments, they then conclude it’s an AVM.
fast forward some more stress and tests and specialists, turns out it’s not an AVM but a harmless larger vein and I just got the results today.
