Broke my week long fast with an egg and beef quiche (shout out Mandarik) for the idea to cook such a delicious meal and when I was eating this morning my partner goes “wow I’ve never seen you eat so slow” 😂😂😂 tell you what that food was next level tho😤

How was the fast?

It was great well worth trying hardest part was for sure day two felt like I was having withdraws. After that smooth sailing. Posting about it to hold myself accountable was also very effective. Pretty sure I would’ve broken the fast earlier had I not been posting on Nostr or YouTube about it.

Right on man. Slowly getting myself back into healthy habits, the working till 8pm/door dash lifestyle has really caught up with me. Hoping to attempt a fast at some point in the near future but want to be prepared for it. Any of my recent attempts have been miserable failures one way or another.

I did 3 one day fasts where I just didn’t eat for an entire day before attempting a week long fast. Helps to start small🤝🫡

Congrats on the week long fast!

How you feel?

Please share the recipe! 🙏

Thank you! I used 2 pounds of grass fed ground beef browned it before I mixed it with 11 eggs and then I used a good bit of shredded cheese. Mix it all up in a big bowl then I cooked in the oven for about 40 minutes at 350 in my cast-iron. 30 minutes into that. I took it out, real quick, sliced it into eights and put it back in for the final 10🫂🤌🏽

Thank you!!
