18/6 is hard. Do you train regularly? If yes, what? I find it difficult when doing strength training. Even more difficult not to eat being at home at the weekend, but that's on me 😄

I’ve been doing 18/6 for long periods, like year+. Don’t find it hard at all tbh. I do weight training 3-4 times a week plus some cardio

Its not hard. And feels rather beneficial. Energy is consistent. You enjoy food more. And no after lunch food coma.

The enjoying food more part is amazing. Also the rock solid blood sugar/energy levels

Yeah never measured them but absolutely shoudl be greatly improved when on intermittent fasting.

Blood sugar. The higher energy levels Ive noticed in first 3 days.
