18/6 is hard. Do you train regularly? If yes, what? I find it difficult when doing strength training. Even more difficult not to eat being at home at the weekend, but that's on me 😄

I’ve been doing 18/6 for long periods, like year+. Don’t find it hard at all tbh. I do weight training 3-4 times a week plus some cardio
Its not hard. And feels rather beneficial. Energy is consistent. You enjoy food more. And no after lunch food coma.
