1st one. The 2nd one looks ordinary to the point where I started to wonder where I've seen it before. The first one is dynamic and interesting.

2, but it looks scary which is not great imo. (because of cold colours and the "scary" to me bolt).

I would say that the left design is better. It's more unique compared to the generic cloud on the right. I think it has better balance and looks more like data transmission. The cloud icon is overused and lacks distinction in an pretty crowded market.
