Is it working?
In Ayurveda, migraines are generally caused by excess pitta (fire)...as are Skin eruptions (Eczema, acne, etc)
The antidote is:
Bitter foods/herbs as they are cooling and tend to cleanse the liver (leafy greens, Neem, guduchi)
But also, addressing the root cause. If your constitution is pitta predominant, you likely are driven and don't take breaks. This causes too much heat in the blood.
Taking time to exercise, or do acupuncture or yoga or breathing exercises can bring balance.
When you are in balance, you can eat anything.
Fully healed after 3 months now. Starting noticing big improvements after 6 weeks. I also was getting a lot of sunlight exposure as well which is meant to be good for the skin health as well.

Awesome. There are many paths to health. β¨π
Curious if there were any other changes in your stress levels or physical activity during the three months?
I found taking up swimming for 30 minutes followed by a hot sauna 3x week helped a lot when I had migraines. Overtime my migraine episodes just became less frequent.
If I ever get a bad headache nowadays itβs usually because I eaten something not good for me.
The important thing is that you are making connections to how food and lifestyle affect your health. Then making mindful decisions to create positive change.
Sounds like to you're on the right track β¨π
Your ayuveda philosophy works. I can attest.
