Zap polls weigh by wealth, importance to owner, heads of voters and … awareness of vote at all is important.
1 sat = 1 vote
1 person = 1 vote
There are valid use cases for both voting schemes. It's easier to implement 1 sat because the sat is already proven unique. Harder to prove the person is unique.
