Heard about this book on Guy Swann's podcast episode below. It grabbed my attention and immediately ordered it.
I have just barely read the first chapter. My first impression is that the methods will involve teaching sight words.
Thoughts? I was taught phonics, but self-taught some Mandarin, and it's all sight words..

Phonics is very useful for romance languages that all pull from each other, but not so much in unique character based languages. I don't really have a good answer to your question, though.
Glenn Doman and co are super legit when it comes to this education program and some of the other things they present. Used that program extensively with my brain injured child and it worked wonders. Same with the masking program. Nutrition program not as good - Nutrition Detective is the best. Physical program is mixed — better for well children consistently than for hurt children.
I’m not a developer but the moment I saw this program in action I immediately had a vision for making it into a digital version. I worked with a developer for six months and labbed it out. He said it would take another six months to get a decent alpha version. Then he quit before we could finish and I couldn’t find another developer because, well, my brain injured son keeps me busy.
Been dreaming about building it ever since for over a decade. It’s all in my head. Would love to get it built. Would be perfect integrated with lightning and nostr!

I am a software developer
Oh awesome! I don’t think that it would be very complex. I started teaching myself programming and I got the basic structure but I got stuck; couldn’t figure out data persistence — postgresql kept dropping my tables — nor web server. Then started working with the developer and he quit. Then I had another development company I was going to pitch to all set up and then we’ve fell into a chronic nursing care shortage since then. Then a few years later I found bitcoin and then lightning and bitcoin I saw how great it could integrate and would be perfect for monetization and distributed content generation.
