Yes, I use a recipe from perfectloaf.com we skip the yogurt and do about half the sugar maybe less, we're not big sugar eaters. They're so good. It's the only thing other than steak juice the dog has gotten off the counter 🤷♀️.

My starter is a boring one with plain flour, but it is 4 years old now. It is pretty tangy.
