FYI, the best way to deal with the swelling is 20 minutes on ice, then 20 minutes on heat. Keep rotating those as much as you can for a few days. Sending you fast healing vibes :-)

Yah, and keeping it moving is also great so it doesn't get even tighter. Move it if you can. Like they say, move it or loose it. Just like this Dr. says in the end of this informative self help video.
