I'm not picky with games at so. Backgammon, go, chess, checkers, and I recently learned the basics of cribbage. I'm bad at poker but enjoy playing for pennies.

It looks elaborate because there are so many beautiful boards, but it’s quite simple and for sure easier than chess.
There are two ways to play, the short way and the long way. If you like chess you will like this.
I like to play azul and more ones that don't depend much on skill and are easier to enjoy for others.
We like to play Splendor. We bought a mat for it as well as the expansion pack
