Man, is daylight in short supply these days in the North? And I'm not even North-North.

I'm glad the Winter Solstice is coming soon.

If I can hodl and make it to 2030, maybe I'll spend Summers in Norway, and winters in Argentina.

I feel the same way. I’m looking forward to longer days with sunlight. I feel my productivity or willingness to do things takes a nose dive with it getting dark so early. I wish it would be daylight until at least 8-9pm every day.

Yes. I imagine how high productivity would be with so many long warm days.

Waking up to get going when it's dark just takes so much more effort.

That’s for sure. I love when the sunlight wakes me up naturally.

One of our goals is Lake Tahoe in Northern Nevada/California during the Summers.

Afuera!

To sunlight.

Because it's winter.

Winters seem less fun as I get older.

I'm getting to enjoy them vicariously now. My kids are young and snow is novel for them

Yeah, getting maybe MAYBE 10 hours here... Probably closer to 7 or 8... If it's not cloudy and overcast

It's those cloudy and rainy, just above freezing days that are brutal.

Even so. It's not long until things slowly turn around.
