It's not about lifting overly heavy weights, it's about lifting weights with power & consistent form with good range of motion.

Here here! This is the way.

It's about making weights look and feel light.

This.

I can lift way heavier than what I do.

I don't need to know my PR to know where to place my weights for the day.

For sure. I like to feel good and move well. Looking good is a dope benefit of that.

I don't have a gym, but work out at home with mostly bodyweight. It also stretches the imagination.

Do you do Nordic curls?

No, I haven't bothered to set up a spot to do it. I just do RDL's instead.

I'd like to though. Maybe I'll work on that.

Just buy the Nordic strap and a foam pad, it's worth it goes right under your door.

Prob the best injury prevention, knee strengthening workouts out there.

Right on; I'll look into it. Thanks! 🤙
