They pay me in reverse from Muun to my node via #[0] when they need fiat. The best part is how easy it is to restore when they get new phones. They do all of it themselves. 🤝

Agreed. My 4 year old had been using muun on her tablet to receive sats for almost a year. It is perfect for that! I don't really care that it isn't really a lightning wallet. It serves a specific training wheel purpose for her. I will graduate her to Zeus probably soon.

I don't think all that much about it. Jack even recommended Muun 1-2 years go. Everyone was loving on Muun 1-2 years go! I get that things change over time. That's how science and technology works. When it boils down to it, Muun has worked for my kids. I'm not going to switch apps on them until it stop working for my use cases with them. I've heard people complain about every other app or service. The fact is that nothing is perfect. Work with what works for you, until it doesn't. That's the beauty of what we have. We have so many viable choices to hop around to and from if we encounter something that doesn't work as we'd like it to.

I think Breez is great, and as someone who likes the details I am a big fan. Podcasting 2.0 integration and PoS are great features. Wallet sync is a necessary feature of your own node, but mild friction for new users. I think Muun’s security setup, single unified QR scan window and lack of sync make it an easier onboard 🍻

I do the same ;-). I pay my kids some allowance to their BlueWallets, connected directly to my node. This way fees are 0. We have used some sats in the past to buy them some roblox money using bitrefill.
