They’re full of fiber and sugar. Super delicious. Medjool better because meatier and more flavour in my experience.

Pure? If you mean with no additives, then yes.

medjool dates are sooo creamy. when i buy them, i stuff them with nuts or cream cheese and they make a great healthy dessert :) they also keep you regular w the fiber lol

Unfortunately there is no Costco in Germany 🥺 but I think I'll have to start looking for medjool dates 🙏🏼🫶🏼

Medjol dates are much softer and sweeter then the other ones. Great for desserts and smoothies etc.

Super good source for sugar substitute. Dates eaten with nuts help produce Tryptophan, which is a amino acid needed to produce next to other hormones, melatonin for good sleep. It also contains calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, phosphate, zinc...

If you have dates, that are very dry, you can also soak them over night in water. So they are softer the next day 🤗
