People don't understand when I tell em I don't eat sugar anymore.

Like I've taken Excalibur out of its stone or something.

The truth is, I was able to replace it with the right combination of fruit & 100% chocolate.

No sugar, No seed oils, No govt water.

The way.

Down the road, when you are highly insulin sensitive, some natural sugars (fructose, honey, maple syrup, maple sugar, beet rock sugar, sweet rice wine) have their place.

I don't eat any produce made into sugar either.

"Coconut sugar"

"Date sugar"

Etc...

It's a fine default. Stick with fruit if that's working for you. The less processing (even by hand) the better, generally speaking.

All i can find is the 95% taza. You just cracking cocoa pods over there?

No not fresh cacao, but 100% raw organic cacao of the highest quality.

I can sell you some as I have an excellent supplier.

Once I get my next shipment I'll post some pics of the chocolate 👀.

Dried fruits are the best!
